Rangeley Lake State Park

This state park offers lake swimming with wonderful mountain views. The water is crystal clear and deep, and they allow unfettered access. There is a large grass beach with stone steps leading down to the water. Across the Rangeley Lake is the town of Rangeley, a cute town that is located halfway between the Equator and North pole, with an old sign marking the spot.
