Poplar Point

This is a very small beach, and the swimming area wasn’t roped off when we were there, so it may be sort of an “open swim.” The water is reedy, but looked okay. We were told that the other parks in this area don’t have swimming that year, but the ranger didn’t know why, since they usually do. There are two other campgrounds on this road, but this is the only one with swimming. No lifeguard.
