Moose Pond

We found this location while looking for a campsite, and it is technically a boat launch with some primitive campsites in the woods around it.  Moose Pond Road is quite rough, and your car could get stuck if there has been rain.  At the end of the road is a small parking lot, and the boat launch is right there.  We didn’t see any signs prohibiting swimming, and it is pretty remote so you would probably be fine. The water looked very clear, and the views and tranquility of the pond make it worth the rough drive.
