George Bridge
This is an unofficial swimming hole within Canawaugus Park.
This is a pretty little town park, directly beside the water treatment building in Scottsville. This is a popular place with locals, and we saw children playing in the shallows upstream, and jumping off the bridge-but you have to know where to jump. There are stairs leading back up to bridge, and a rope swing. Where the little kids play upstream there is a small flow that children use floats on as a sort of waterslide. The swimming hole has cloudy jade water, not sure how deep it is.
