Corbett Falls

This site is listed elsewhere as a place to swim, be we are unsure if it is actually private property.  It is roadside, and there are laws about how much land people can own alongside the road, but we just don’t know.    We would advise that you ask a local or try to find the landowner. You can see the falls from the road though, if you’d like to take pictures.

This is a beautiful and enticing area, but the rocks are very slippery so please use caution. You can park along the Campbell Brook Road and follow a short path to the upper part of the falls. Our GPS was taken from this road, though the pin is showing up a little off course on the map. This has been described as a popular swimming hole, though no swimmers were present when we were there, so this might have changed.  Exercise caution and respect.
