Cape Vincent Boat Launch

This is really just the town boat launch, but there are benches and a picnic tables, and a small area where people swim. People were diving with scuba gear here, but we’re not sure why. Since this is a boating area, so you shouldn’t swim too far out, and we aren’t sure if swimming is allowed or just tolerated. St. Vincent is a cute little town to explore as well.
